SHIPPING POLICY
Packages are shipped via USPS and are packed with care and insured for breakage.
If you received something broken, please save both the box and broken piece and take a photo of both the outside of the box, and the broken piece. Email photos to foxtailpottery@gmail.com and I will file a claim with the postal service. After providing the photos to me, you will be either refunded or the items will be replaced.
RETURN POLICY
No Returns unless pre-arranged or discussed. Exchanges allowed in-store. No mail-in exchanges accepted.
Custom orders are prepaid and made-to-order and cannot be returned.

I accept cash, credit cards, and paypal. Local Methow Valley residents can pay with checks for in-person sales.
