Packages are shipped via USPS and are packed with care and insured for breakage.
If you received something broken, please save both the box and broken piece and take a photo of both the outside of the box, and the broken piece. Email photos to and I will file a claim with the postal service. After providing the photos to me, you will be either refunded or the items will be replaced.
No Returns unless pre-arranged or discussed. Exchanges allowed in-store. No mail-in exchanges accepted.
Custom orders are prepaid and made-to-order and cannot be returned.
I accept cash, credit cards, and paypal. Local Methow Valley residents can pay with checks for in-person sales.
I am not currently accepting any new wholesale accounts at this time.
