Packages are shipped via USPS and are packed with care and insured for breakage.
If you received something broken, please save both the box and broken piece and take a photo of both the outside of the box, and the broken piece. Email photos to and I will file a claim with the postal service. After providing the photos to me, you will be either refunded or the items will be replaced.
I do not generally accept returns unless pre-arranged or discussed.
Custom orders are prepaid and made-to-order and cannot be returned.
Gifts can sometimes be exchanged, especially in person at my studio. Contact me with questions.
I accept cash, credit cards, and paypal. Local Methow Valley residents can pay with checks for in-person sales.

As packing and shipping costs continue to rise for you as the stockist, I am wanting to focus more on Northwest shops, and priority will be given to local shops that can pick up their orders or accommodate a Seattle area delivery. For shipments mailed, a minimum packing materials fee of $15 will be charged.
Starting 2018, I am no longer offering Net30 to new accounts. All payments will be due at the time of shipment, by credit card, paypal or check (check must clear before shipment will be mailed).
Minimum opening order is $300.
Existing accounts: Keep in mind holiday orders are due by Sept 20th due to high demand.
